Bristol City Cerebral Palsy FC
About us
Several of our players originally started out at South West Cerebral Palsy football club. It was obvious from the start that these young players had an appreciation of the game and played harmoniously together.
In 2018 Bob Young took over the coaching, in order to develop the youth side of the SWCP club, and he completed his FA training soon after.
In 2020 we approached Bristol City to see whether the team could join the Robin’s Foundation as we wanted our young players to have some stability and their own identity.
Training under our new identity was delayed, due to the pandemic, but we are now proud to be training again as Bristol City Cerebral Palsy FC (BCCP)
We enter players into the England talent pathway and we are always looking for tournaments and fixtures to gain match experience.
BCCP only exists because the parents and children are all working as one.
