My Story

Musicians across the UK still face many challenges; from financial, health, and overcoming barriers to touring and needing to invest in careers to grow income again to build a sustainable career.  Help Musicians has a broad range of help to support the career of every musician across the UK – using insights gained through research this year to ensure our current and future services are designed to help musicians avoid future health or financial crises and seize every opportunity in front of them. 

Why am I running for Help Musicians? 

Being involved with grassroots music, I've seen a lot of artists dedicate time and money to their craft, which in tern, is enjoyed by lots of people. Although I haven't worked with Help Musicians directly, I wholeheartedly support the impactful work they do in the music industry to ensure that music plays a vibrant and vital role in our lives - and you should too!!
